Located in Yeoju, HANDIUM Cold Brew Center is a HACCP-certified facility equipped with Korea's largest cold brew coffee extraction infrastructure. We produce stable and hygienic cold brew products in a facility with a complete clean room system.

After 48 hours of bacterial testing, only safe products are shipped.

EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY
COLD BREW

We apply a ‘Spray-Filter system' using our patented extraction equipment. Water is evenly sprayed in a mist form to extract cold brew coffee with a clean and vibrant taste.

ESPRESSO

By applying pressure to our existing cold brew extraction method, we extract coffee at a higher concentration. This creates a concentrate with a bold and intense flavor, similar to espresso coffee.

SPECIALIZED SYSTEMS
Clean Room System

HANDIUM's extraction facility employs a clean room system that automatically manages airborne particles, temperature, and humidity at optimal levels. HEPA filters that remove airborne particles and UV sterilization lamps are installed to ensure maximum product hygiene.

Water Purification System

Water used for cold brew extraction undergoes purification and sterilization. Only purified water that has passed through two micro filters, activated carbon filters, and UV sterilization is introduced into the production line. Since 2022, we have completed facility upgrades to extract cold brew using mineral-rich deep sea water.

Clean Room System

HANDIUM's extraction facility employs a clean room system that automatically manages airborne particles, temperature, and humidity at optimal levels. HEPA filters that remove airborne particles and UV sterilization lamps are installed to ensure maximum product hygiene.

ROASTING CENTER

Located in Yeoju, HANDIUM Roasting Center is a HACCP-certified facility that produces coffee beans based on data optimized for cold brew coffee. In a hygienic environment, we use Diedrich roasters with high heat conductivity to perform roasting that brings out the natural sweetness of green beans to perfection.

Green Bean Storage

Green beans are stored in a warehouse equipped with temperature and humidity control systems.

Roasting

Using Diedrich roasters, we roast balanced beans centered on sweetness.

Green Bean Storage

Green beans are stored in a warehouse equipped with temperature and humidity control systems, maintaining optimal conditions for the highest quality.
